These terms apply to every product sold by Aural Alchemy: MIDI packs, sample packs, construction kits, full ambient tracks, audio loop packs, guided meditations, website apps, fractals and 4K visual masters. Your purchase receipt is your proof of license. The full document is below.

The one rule behind all of this
Everything we make is royalty-free for you to build on, not to resell as it is. The license is for the finished work you create on top of our files, never for redistributing the raw originals themselves, free or paid.
MIDI packs, sample packs and construction kits
Royalty-free for creative use. You can:
- Use them in commercial and personal music productions.
- Release music containing these files on any platform, including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube and other DSPs.
- Use them in sync licensing, film, TV, advertising, games and apps.
- Use them in client work and projects you produce for others.
- Modify, transpose, rearrange, layer and edit any file freely.
- Use them in videos, podcasts, courses and livestreams.
What is not allowed:
- Reselling or redistributing the raw files as they are.
- Repackaging files into another MIDI library, sample pack or sound library, for sale or free.
- Claiming ownership or authorship of the original files.
Full ambient tracks and audio loop packs
Three tiers. Your receipt shows which one applies. Serenity Suite (Lifetime) and full-catalogue access grant the Tier 2 Commercial License across every audio product, current and future.
- Tier 1, Full Buyout — exclusive ownership. The track is removed from the store and from streaming after purchase. Master and sync rights transfer to you.
- Tier 2, Commercial — release finished music on any platform, use in commercial video, film, ads, games and apps, and in wellness and meditation settings. Remix, sample, chop, pitch-shift, layer or record on top: your derivative work is yours, under your own name, no attribution required. Reselling the original unmodified audio is not permitted.
- Tier 3, Personal — private listening and personal practice only. Not for monetized or public use.
Guided meditations and affirmation audio
- Personal — listening, self-care and offline use only.
- Commercial — use in monetized videos, courses, apps and podcasts, no attribution required. Uploading the audio to Spotify or Apple Music as a standalone release, reselling the files, or claiming the voice or script as your own is not permitted.
Website apps
Anything you generate with the Hz Generator, MIDI Generator, Breathwork app or any other Aural Alchemy app is yours, for personal and commercial projects, with no attribution. The apps themselves may not be copied, resold or redistributed, and access is personal and non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
Fractals, 4K visual masters and wallpapers
- Use them in videos, livestreams, social content, presentations, installations and live visuals.
- Set them under your own or licensed music, in meditations, events, projections and screens.
- Crop, colour, loop, composite, animate and edit them into your own finished work.
- Use them in commercial and monetized content, including client work, with no attribution.
Not allowed: reselling or redistributing the visual files as they are, releasing an unmodified original as your own work, or printing for commercial merchandise without a separate print license. Exclusive buyouts of a single fractal or visual are available on request.
Universal restrictions
- No license is transferable to a third party unless a full buyout has been completed.
- Reselling or redistributing any original Aural Alchemy file, audio or visual, as it is, free or paid, is never permitted under any tier.
- Claiming authorship of any Aural Alchemy product or file is not permitted under any tier.
- Use in content promoting hate, violence, harassment or illegal activity is prohibited.
We may update these terms. Purchases made before an update are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
